2nd Line Help Desk Support – Officer (12-Month FTC)

📍 Location: London (Office-based with hybrid flexibility)

💰 Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

🕒 Start: ASAP / short notice


We’re looking for a 2nd Line Support Officer to join a global financial institution on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the chance to work across both BAU support and project-based technical delivery, with exposure to enterprise tools and senior stakeholder support.


We’re looking for candidates with experience in:

  • Windows 11 deployments and endpoint support
  • Microsoft Intune, Autopilot & Company Portal
  • Azure AD & MFA / Conditional Access policies
  • Active Directory (user/admin tasks)
  • SCCM, MDT or WDS imaging (nice to have)
  • Office 365 support (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
  • AV and hybrid meeting room tech (e.g. Polycom, Surface Hub)


You’ll be supporting users across desktop, mobile, and AV — with occasional out-of-hours or weekend work. Full Right to Work in the UK is essential. Apply with your CV and a short cover letter confirming interest.
