Pepper Advantage is one of the leading specialist loan servicing companies in the UK and we are currently looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Administrator to join our Skipton, North Yorkshire office.
You will be responsible for delivering an efficient IT service across the business, providing advanced technical support, maintaining core infrastructure, and ensuring a seamless experience for both on-site and remote users. Tasks will include managing and prioritizing support requests using Jira Service Desk, resolving 1st and 2nd line queries quickly and effectively.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of a 2-3 days per week office attendance following a period of office base training.
This is a temporary role for a fixed term of 12 months.
