Description
We require AAT Apprentices to join our firm to start in December 2025 within our Audit department.
The Audit department acts as auditors for organisations of every type and size. Our clients are active in all branches of commerce and industry, ranging from substantial corporations to small businesses.
This is a 2 year training contract to complete Level 3 and level 4 of the AAT qualification, with full study support provided under an Apprenticeship Agreement.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidates will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Preparing sets of accounts
- Undertaking audit work for a variety of clients in different sectors
- Tagging and filing accounts
- Completion of bank account checks
- General administration work
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
We require school leavers with excellent A Levels (or predicted A-levels) to work within the above team and to assist our managers in the above functions.
You will be: -
- Computer literate (experience of Excel and Word essential)
- A quick learner
- Able to work on own initiative or as part of a team
- Numerate
- Conscientious
- Logical
- Seeking your first step in accountancy
In return you will be offered a 2 year training contract to complete your AAT qualification.

The role is initially primarily office-based though there will be the opportunity to work partially at home once a certain level of experience and training has been undertaken.
