Role OverviewWe are seeking a data-driven and creative Account Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to help drive our outbound marketing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying high-value target accounts, developing tailored campaigns, and contributing to Clinked’s overall growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Identification and Prioritization: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and prioritize high-value target accounts using real time intent data tools and other sources.
- Personalized Campaign Development: Design and execute tailored, multichannel marketing campaigns for key accounts, including messaging, content, and channel selection.
- Account Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and gather insights on target accounts to inform and refine ABM strategies.
- Writing and Outreach: Craft personalized messages and conduct outreach directly to target accounts across various channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, content, and customer success teams to ensure ABM efforts are aligned and integrated across the organization.
- ABM Tool Implementation: Leverage ABM platforms and tools to manage campaigns, track progress, and drive results.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting: Regularly track and report on conversion KPIs, providing insights and actionable recommendations to optimize performance.
- Data Analysis: Monitor buyer behavior and campaign metrics to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Test, learn, and iterate on ABM strategies and tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Skills
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement multichannel ABM strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with buyers at different stages of their journey.
- Account Research: Deep understanding of target accounts’ needs, pain points, and buying behaviors.
- Marketing and Sales Expertise: Solid understanding of marketing and sales processes, and how to drive alignment between the two functions.
- Communication and Persuasion: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting personalized messaging and content that is tailored to specific audiences and designed to drive engagement and conversion.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with ABM tools and platforms, with the ability to manage and optimize campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in an ABM role or a related Sales/Marketing role, ideally within SaaS or tech environments.
- Technical Tools: Experience with tools such as ZoomInfo, Instantly, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Clay is a strong asset.
- Mindset: Analytical, entrepreneurial, creative, and eager to experiment with bold ideas.
