Academy Learning Partner - 12 Month FTC

Please note this role will be hybrid with at least 3 days a week spent in Stores in West and Northwest London. This role is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

What you’ll do

• Champion learning products, policy and people practice. Use expertise to drive learning initiatives across the regions, both technical and behavioural, to support the delivery of the retail learning plan
• Partner Academy teams to develop bespoke learning programmes for all retail managers attending the Academy, and where applicable, provide a robust plan for any support centre colleagues
• Lead retail induction experiences for all levels, including early careers, apprenticeships, and employability schemes
• Drive the completion of regional mandatory e-learning to ensure stores are legally compliant
• Partner store management teams to deliver the learning and development element of People transformational projects including Store openings, Closures and renewals
