We’re looking for a proactive and curious Accessibility Analyst to join our growing team. Whether you're a recent graduate in software development or early in your career in accessibility or user experience, this is a great opportunity to build real expertise with the support of a team who are passionate about inclusive design.

You’ll join our team of experienced accessibility specialists and gain hands-on experience in:
- Conducting accessibility audits to evaluate conformance with the latest WCAG standards
- Advising on accessible HTML, CSS, and JavaScript implementation
- Supporting usability testing with disabled users
- Contributing to accessibility training for designers, developers, and content creators
- Collaborating with clients to build inclusive design strategies from the ground up
You'll have regular opportunities to engage with clients, so strong communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential. We will provide training and mentoring to support you in building confidence and delivering presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluation
- Carry out expert accessibility reviews and detailed audits
- Collaborate with development teams to provide accessibility guidance
- Contribute to usability testing (remote and in-person)
- Help clients improve user engagement through inclusive design practices
Research
- Work alongside the team to understand users’ needs through interviews, focus groups, and behavioural observation
- Identify barriers and gaps in services that affect disabled users
- Help shape inclusive services by sharing user insights with clients
Design & Collaboration
- Support clients in designing accessible products and services
- Advise on accessible front-end implementation (HTML, CSS, JS)
- Take part in collaborative design and problem-solving sessions with clients
Company & Industry Contribution
- Stay up to date with developments in accessibility, UX, and inclusive design
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and client proposals
- Support the growth of our services and maintain strong client relationships
- Write articles and attend (or speak at) UX and accessibility events
What You'll Bring
Essential:
- Knowledge and practical experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Motivation to learn and contribute proactively
- An eye for good design and an understanding of what makes it work
- Ability to manage time effectively and work across multiple projects
- Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
- Legal right to live and work in the UK (please note that we cannot currently offer visa sponsorship)
Desirable:
- Experience working in an agency or consultancy environment
- Background in accessibility, UX, or user research
