Description

Pro-Force are seeking a highly motivated and organised Account Co-ordinator to join the team. Pro-Force work with some of the most prestigious companies in the country, tailoring recruitment services to client’s needs and finding work for thousands of people all across the UK, EU and the globe and are a leading provider of the Seasonal Worker Scheme.

THE ROLE

Responsibilities include:

Daily workforce planning to ensure 100% order fulfilment
Timely resolution of workplace issues, including performance, capability, disciplinary, absence, and complaints, escalating to management when required
Support temporary staff and ensure their welfare
Manage holidays, absence, sickness and staff replacements
Deputise for other team members as required

Maintain accurate records, provide management information and reports

REQUIRED

Experience in a similar role within recruitment, staffing or logistics
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and workforce management systems
Knowledge of employment law and health and safety regulations is desirable
A high level of English and fluency in Russian is essential
Proof of right to work in the UK
