What you’ll be doing
It’s about finding opportunities, winning business, and growing lasting client relationships. You will:
Spot and pursue new opportunities across rail, highways, and infrastructure
Build and develop strong client relationships, ensuring accounts continue to grow and deliver value over time
Represent Atmo at events and in the market, positioning us as a trusted leader
Bring fresh ideas for sales strategy and creative ways to reach and expand client accounts
Who we’re looking for
You might be an established Account Director, or you could be a senior sales professional ready to step up. Either way, what matters is that you’re:
Driven and results-focused
Confident in building relationships and pitching to senior leaders
Strategic, creative, and motivated to make things happen
Comfortable working in a small, ambitious team where your impact is visible
You might be a rising star with the right natural people skills, drive, and some experience under your belt — or you could be someone who brings established contacts and relationships in our sectors. Either way, if you’re curious, quick to learn, and excited about our mission, you’ll fit right in.
What’s in it for you
