Your Career
This role offers the opportunity to operate at a strategic, enterprise level, working directly with some of the most influential Private Sector organisations in the UK. As an Account Director, you’ll be at the forefront of MHR’s growth strategy, driving large-scale transformation, delivering high-value deals, and influencing board-level conversations.

Experience in the HCM/WFM sector is desirable.
Your Team
As a Senior member of the Account Management team, you’ll work cross-functionally with our Customer Success, Product, Consultancy, and Technical teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions. By building joint value roadmaps and influencing strategic conversations at the C-level, you’ll help position MHR as a long-term, trusted partner. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the wider team’s approach to delivering excellence across our private sector accounts.
Your Impact
Your leadership and expertise will directly influence the success of our largest Enterprise Sector customers. Through strategic engagement, value-based selling, and regular in-person collaboration, you’ll ensure that MHR’s technology helps our clients meet their organisational goals. Your ability to build influence and deliver outcomes will strengthen client partnerships, increase revenue, and elevate MHR’s market presence across the sector.
