PURPOSE OF JOB:
We are in search of a driven and client-focused individual to join our Public Sector Sales team as an Account Director, specialising in NHS accounts. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in IT sales and a passion for delivering value to healthcare clients through innovative technology solutions.
We're growing across multiple regions, so this individual will manage a patch around their location. Ideally would be north-west, south-east and south-west.
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of new and existing NHS customers, driving sales across the full Bytes offering—including Software, Security, and Cloud Services. The role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare sector, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and developing new opportunities. Adaptability, commercial acumen, and a consultative mindset are key to success in this fast-paced and impactful role.
