Your Career
As an Account Director at MHR, you’ll take ownership of driving growth from our largest and most strategic enterprise customers. With a strong background in selling enterprise cloud software—ideally across HR, Payroll, and Finance. You’ll manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and consistently close large six-figure deals. Your ability to engage at C-level, build joint value roadmaps, and position MHR as a strategic partner will be central to your success. This is a high-impact role, suited to a commercially driven leader with a consultative mindset and strong customer focus.
Your Team
You’ll be a key member of our expanding Account Management function, working closely with Customer Success, Consultancy, Product, and other internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. You’ll develop deep relationships with senior customer stakeholders, understanding the internal and external factors influencing their business. With regular customer engagement targeting on-site visits every 30 days, you’ll ensure alignment with MHR’s strategy while proactively addressing challenges and uncovering new growth opportunities.
Your Impact
Your influence will be felt in both revenue growth and strategic customer engagement. By building trusted, long-term relationships and delivering compelling value propositions, you’ll ensure MHR’s solutions are fully leveraged, and customers become advocates. Your strategic account planning, commercial acumen, and ability to articulate ROI and total cost of ownership will drive both retention and expansion. Through effective collaboration and a relentless focus on delivering value, you’ll strengthen MHR’s presence across the enterprise landscape.
