We’re on a mission to connect startups and scale-ups with top-tier advisors and board members—and we’re looking for ambitious sales professionals to join our team.


This is a B2C sales role with 0 a cold-calling role. Instead, you’ll focus on pre-qualified inbound leads and guide them through a robust process to purchase our market-leading advisory programmes, giving you the chance to build strong relationships and close deals without the usual outbound grind.


Salary:

  • £35k Base
  • £70K+ OTE with uncapped commission


Must-Have Requirements:

  • Experience in an outbound sales role such as SDR, AE, or telesales, or in a similarly communication-focused role like recruitment, account management, or customer success, where proactive outreach and relationship-building were key


Desirable:

  • Experience working in fast-paced deal cycles (10–24 days)
  • Confident and persuasive over the phone, with a proven ability to guide prospects to decision
  • Creative thinker, able to adapt quickly and tailor conversations in real time
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot for pipeline management
  • Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets


What the role involves:

  • Advisory Programme Sales: Sell our core offerings, with a focus on our Transition to Portfolio programme
  • Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Take responsibility for the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to close
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain full visibility and control of your opportunities, understanding each stage of the buyer journey
  • CRM Proficiency: Track and manage deals daily in HubSpot, keeping activity transparent and organized
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales goals, with top performers rewarded through our uncapped commission structure
