Purpose of the Job
Working with a fast-paced retail client, you will deliver exceptional client service to marketeers, working alongside the clients' other strategic agencies. As the Account Executive you will work closely with clients, suppliers and internal contacts to deliver services to our customers professionally, to specification and on time. You will be responsible for delivering excellent client service, reporting and product delivery. You will develop and maintain a strong relationship with key client stakeholders and suppliers. This is a fast-paced role dealing with a variety of marketing and commercial print projects including warehousing and logistics. You will be required to work across the wider client teams and provide support to Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Senior Account Manager and Account Managers in the team
- Ensure requirements such as spec and critical dates are captured
- Produce detailed specifications for internal and external clients
- Brief suppliers on client requirements
- Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification, on time and in line with SLA’s
- Ensure activity is recorded using the designated company tools
- Implement new methods and procedures as required
- Ensure invoicing procedures are followed and on time
- Manage day to day operational requirements
- Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Creating, checking and distributing various internal and client reports
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Experience working within an Operational environment
- Experience working within a client services team directly engaging with clients
- Numerate with a strong commercial understanding
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Experience of finding solutions
- Keen eye for detail
- Microsoft Office skills required; Microsoft Excel skills preferred
