Account Executive

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Account Executive to join our team and support two of our most prestigious accounts.  

In this role, you'll balance client relationship management with hands-on project delivery across creative, artwork, and production. Working closely with the Account Team, you'll have the opportunity to own client relationships, support growth initiatives, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard within tight SLAs.

Client & Relationship Management

• Act as a dedicated point of contact for day-to-day client needs, ensuring timely responses and exceptional service
• Lead weekly calls and regular meetings with key clients
• Anticipate client challenges, resolve issues quickly with the Account Director, and build long-term partnerships
• Deliver client trainings on our CMP technology, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption

Project & Production Management

• Manage multiple artwork and print briefs simultaneously, from briefing studio and creative teams to final delivery
• Ensure all briefs are captured, communicated, and actioned effectively across the team
• Liaise with suppliers, prepare quotes, and oversee projects end-to-end
• Attend site visits and quality checks for POS and print production
• Keep projects on track through rigorous WIP management, ensuring all deadlines and SLAs are met

Operational & Strategic Support

• Conduct invoicing, and month-end processes
  
  

• Proven experience in an agency (ideally in a marketing, creative, or production environment)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of artwork/print production and creative briefing processes is a bonus
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence in leading client discussions
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment
• A keen eye for design and brand compliance
• Bilingual preferred: English plus German, Dutch or French
