Role

Who you are

  • We’re looking for someone with 12-18 months' experience managing a 360 sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline management and delivering a thorough end-to-end sales process
  • You have a proven track record of generating pipeline and closing new business revenue
  • You have experience with outbound sales, from researching accounts and identifying key contracts to building targeted messaging and closing deals
  • You’re comfortable operating in a small team, and are able to adapt, be flexible and collaborate - even when the processes aren’t 100%
  • Ideal candidates will have experience in Sales, with a proven ability selling software solutions tailored to their prospect’s business needs

What the job involves

  • You'll be a member of the Sales team, finding great companies for us to connect with, so that we can help even more candidates to secure their dream job
  • You’ll be reporting to our Sales Lead, JB, collaborating with the wider Commercial Org. Your goal will be to help solve frustrations with the current Talent market
  • You’ll be actively generating new opportunities through outbound efforts. You will also manage and close inbound leads, as they come in. A track record of success in converting both inbound and outbound opportunities is key
  • You’ll test and iterate on ideas to create a high quality pipeline, while ensuring we anticipate, manage and influence companies that aren’t ready to commit today
  • Our culture is one where you’re encouraged to challenge our processes and show initiative, so if you feel something isn’t working, change it

Application process

  • Exploratory call with Ben (Staff & Operations) to understand your motivations and what energises you (30 minutes)
  • A mock sales meeting where you'll pitch your choice of sales enablement tool to Maisy (BDR Lead) or Nick (Senior Sales). Think: Hubspot, SalesNav, including a follow-up email (45 mins)
  • Skills interview with our Sales Lead, JB, and Sales Lead, Patrick, to discuss your approach to certain scenarios, specific to Welcome to the Jungle UK and the role, and your working style (60 mins, in person)
  • Values interview with the UK Country Manager Caroline, to discuss what you would bring to the role, how you would embody our values, and any final questions from you (45 mins)
