We're looking for a driven, strategic, and results-oriented Account Executive ready to own the full sales cycle and drive outbound growth in the UK market. 🚀

The role - what you'll do:

As an Account Executive, you'll drive new business growth by identifying potential partners and converting them into successful partnerships. Working closely with our SDR and Marketing teams, you'll own the full sales cycle (from out-reach, demo to close) while aligning with the Head of New Business to support our strategic goals.

The day-to-day:

  • Convert leads into new Dext customers.
  • Prospect via Zoom lists, Salesforce and LinkedIn/ Sales Nav.
  • Develop & demonstrate consultative selling techniques.
  • A drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Create a great first impression & provide a world-class service.
  • Self-generate a set number of Demos per month.

Goals & Objectives:

  • Meet the targeted revenue goal each month.
  • Achieve the designated number of calls monthly.
  • Reach the specified email quota per month.
  • Attain the set number of self-generated demos monthly.

About you - what we are looking for:

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or tech, with strong outbound experience.
  • Confident in managing the full 360° sales cycle. If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and pushing for growth, read on.
  • A consistent track record of hitting (or exceeding) your sales targets.
  • Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders and adapting your approach.

  • You're confident negotiating and overcoming objections to close high-quality deals.
  • You bring structure and strategy to every stage of the sales funnel.

  • You're an active listener, able to identify real pain points and respond with the right solutions.

  • You consistently hit (or exceed) your targets and are motivated by closing.

  • You're always looking for smarter ways to work, optimising your process is second nature.
