Description
We are seeking a driven and proactive Account Executive to join our dynamic Client Services team, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects. Collaborating closely with an Account Director and Account Manager, you'll support them with research & strategy, activation reporting, and presentation development, while bringing fresh perspectives and a keen eagerness to learn.
As an Account Executive, you'll be servicing the needs of our clients such as Walmart, L’Oreal, Oakley, Versace, Coach and BBC. This role offers ample opportunities to collaborate directly with these teams, contributing meaningfully to project strategies and outcomes. You'll also have the chance to engage with stakeholders through both virtual and face-to-face presentations.

Key Responsibilities
- Creating strategy & data analysis presentations that are concise and visually impactful. Highly proficient presentation-building skills and ability to manage & visualise data are mandatory.
- Supporting the Account Director and Account Manager across all client comms on projects - it will be your responsibility to ensure tasks are completed within given timelines.
- Completing day-to-day project tasks while maintaining the high standards expected from our clients.
- Completing research into gaming industry news, trends & opportunities for brands.
- Scheduling client meetings and supporting the AM/AD with setting the agenda where required, taking minutes of the discussion and following up with action points.
- Offering creative and strategic ideas to the Account Manager to develop exciting campaigns and encouraging clients to understand the importance of creativity throughout projects.
- Supporting the Account Management team in the delivery of client-facing materials, ensuring all work submitted to clients is quality checked.
- Collating data and insights for monitoring and evaluation, and reporting updates.
- Collaborating closely with other team members.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 1-2 years experience in marketing/technology/brand-relevant industries.
- Highly personable with a collaborative spirit, someone who thrives in a fast paced environment.
- Data savvy, proficient in using Google Sheets & Excel, able to manipulate data to draw insights at a fundamental level.
- Excellent presentation-building skills, with a creative & detailed-oriented eye.
- Enthusiastic, excited by challenges and pro-active, always looking to make a positive contribution.
- A curious mindset with a thirst for continual learning and improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up and able to generate creative solutions for client needs.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience working with external stakeholders e.g. clients and agencies, global markets.
- Able to interact with people at all levels demonstrating tact, diplomacy, discretion and maturity.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft and Google productivity suites.
- A keen interest in the gaming industry and/or a base understanding of digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Right to work in the UK.
