What Makes You a Great Fit
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team. You will exceed our annual revenue and booking quota for an assigned territory within mid-sized enterprises. You will develop sales opportunities through prospecting, marketing, and using a partner ecosystem to acquire new business for Velocity Global. You will demonstrate the ability to navigate the requirements of multiple partners across a business.
Velocity Global is a high-growth International Professional Employment Organization (PEO) delivering high touch international expansion services to our clients, where collaboration and communication are paramount.
You will report to our VP, Regional EMEA Sales.
You will be remote based in the EMEA.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Develop and maintain account plans to manage a territory's activity and development.
- Create and guide your pipeline through strategic outbound activities. Identify new accounts, build internal champions and close deals with important decision makers.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.
- Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue numbers for assigned territory to manage sales growth.
- Develop a high level of knowledge about Velocity Global's products and services, marketplace served, competitive landscape, and other business issues relevant to the position.
- Provide constant feedback to Sales management on the territory environment.
- Partner with marketing, sales development, customer success, sales effectiveness and other teams.
Let's Connect If You:
- 3+ years of experience in prospect-facing SaaS sales focused on mid-market to large-sized companies.
- Track record achieving/exceeding quota targets.
- Consultative customer service and project management style.
- Drive and experience with creating unparalleled customer experiences.
- Assimilate information quickly. We do business across 185+ countries, so there is a lot to learn!
- Anticipated estimated travel of 20%.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Fluency in both English and German, written and spoken, is required for this role.
