The Role
WTW is seeking to hire an experienced Account Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of global insurance policies and associated functions within a dedicated out-sourced Client Insurance Team of one of WTW’s largest global clients. Liaising with the Client, their Captive Managers, Placing Brokers, and the WTW Global Network and all key stakeholders daily to plan, review and deliver solutions aligned to their forward-thinking, proactive insurance strategy.

As Part Of The Team, You Will
- Liaise with clients and captive managers to develop successful relationships in multiple geographies.
- Work closely and maintain working relationships with key market contacts and the Broking Teams as required.
- Lead and deliver the end-to-end ongoing client service, adhering to standardised policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Adherence to and accountability for completion of all compulsory training and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours.
- Manage and interact with stakeholders across WTW including but not limited to WTW Network offices, Natural Resources locations globally and WTW Strategic Risk Consulting.
- Develop and be involved with strategic initiatives to assist the Client with their short and long-term insurance buying strategies, involving internal and external specialists as required.

The Requirements
- Ability to deliver high levels of client service and have excellent organisational skills.
- Understand the client’s business and their risk management needs and look for efficient and effective solutions to deliver those needs through the provision of ongoing service.
- Ability to build effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, colleagues, captive managers, insurers, and external service providers.
- Manage KPIs/SLAs to ensure Client and WTW targets are met.
- Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills, articulate.
- Experience and willingness to work and adhere to processes and systems to support client service delivery.
- Proven track record of delivering high levels of client service.
- Provide technical, industry and subject matter expertise where required.
- Collaborating and supporting colleagues and key stakeholders as appropriate to the Client account.
- Ability to represent the Client and WTW with integrity and credibility.
