Account Executive – Construction Insurance

We’re working with one of the world’s fastest-growing and most respected insurance brokerages to recruit an experienced Account Executive to join their specialist Construction team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of engaged, high-value clients (circa £200,000–£300,000 premium income), with a clear path to grow your book through renewals, cross-selling, and white space development. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performance team that supports complex construction clients across the UK and international markets.

Your Impact

• Prepare and manage insurance documentation for existing clients, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and underwriting presentations with assistance from a broker administrator.
• Provide timely, accurate service and ensure client details and documentation are fully up to date.
• Assist with insurer queries, policy updates, and client requests in a responsive and professional manner.
• Manage client credit control and account queries efficiently, escalating any concerns.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong understanding of insurance products, placement processes, and risk principles.
