The Role

We're looking for a Global Enterprise Account Executive to lead complex, intellectually challenging,  multi-stakeholder deals across regions including the UK, Europe, and North America.

This is a quota-carrying role where you’ll run consultative sales cycles, from strategic outbound and discovery to stakeholder alignment, value demonstration, and contract close. You’ll sell into senior leadership teams across finance, compliance, ESG, and operations, often shaping multi-year deals with ARR values between $50K and $250K+.


We’re seeking a commercially sharp seller with proven ability to harness the power of AI tools to prospect intelligently, tailor outreach, build persuasive value narratives, navigate and close deals. You will be our first team member with boots on the ground in the US and will have a unique opportunity to work with the founders to systematically grow our account base across the USA. The foundations are there as KEY ESG already has a solid customer base in America, but we see ample opportunity to further build on that success and capture value.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and close complex US enterprise deals with multiple senior stakeholders, carefully building the business case through consultative selling
  • Sell into C-level decision-makers with strategic needs across data, compliance, and performance management
  • Apply your strategic understanding of industry shifts, sustainability regulation, and global business operations to help clients navigate sustainability transformation. Use your commercial acumen to translate complex challenges into tailored, high-impact solutions that align with their strategic goals.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gong, Salesforce AI, LinkedIn Sales, Hubspot, Navigator, etc.) to:
  • Research accounts and buyers deeply
  • Create customized messaging and pitch assets
  • Streamline outbound and multi-thread engagement
  • Accelerate the value proof process
  • Deliver compelling proposals and articulate value across financial, operational and sustainability metrics
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing, customer success and product teams to co-design solutions and onboard customers seamlessly
  • Refine messaging, pricing, and GTM tactics based on live deal experience


What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years at a top-tier consulting firm or B2B Saas firm
  • Strong commercial instincts and track record of performance in high-pressure environments
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution. Minimum GPA 3.3 or higher.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, especially in complex B2B settings
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to drive sales productivity and performance
  • Ability to manage long, consultative sales processes involving multiple regions and internal teams
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders, and owning outcomes
  • Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS, finance, or enterprise data platforms
