What You’ll Do:

Understand clients’ business and risk management needs, delivering ongoing service to meet these requirements
Manage impending renewals and prepare market documentation in line with client and market needs
Support creation of presentations and ensure accurate, timely production and closure of all client documentation

Liaise with technical and compliance teams to facilitate insurance placements and ensure procedures are followed

Maintain accurate records and perform quality control checks

Identify opportunities to grow the portfolio, including cross-selling across Miller

Adhere to Miller’s policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, and promote the Miller brand and values

Knowledge & Experience:

Qualifications:

Progress with CII qualifications is desirable
GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent) required

Knowledge:

Understanding of Lloyd’s, London, and international insurance markets
Account handling knowledge beneficial but not essential
Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and applications

Experience:

Background in specialist insurance within Lloyd’s, London, or international markets
Proven experience in a client-focused or customer service role
Ability to manage high volumes of work with strong attention to detail
