What You'll Actually Do

Picture this: A pharmaceutical company needs to transport temperature-sensitive vaccines to three continents within 48 hours. A tech giant has a server failure and needs replacement parts flown to their data centre overnight.

As an Account Manager, you'll be the master coordinator behind these high-stakes logistics puzzles. Using our award-winning platform you will:

·      Solve complex logistics challenges

·      Build relationships with fascinating clients across industries you never knew existed

·      Travel internationally to meet clients and attend trade events

·      Work with cutting-edge technology that's transforming a traditional industry

·      Manage high-value cargo movements

Responsibilities

•  Account Management – Nurture relationships with key logistics partners, ensuring exceptional service delivery
• Charter Coordination – Manage complex cargo movements from initial inquiry to successful delivery
•  Customer Support – Provide expert guidance during critical shipments (including 24/7 on-call support)
•  Business Development – Identify and develop new opportunities across diverse industries
• Contract Negotiation – Work with airlines and clients to structure optimal solutions
• Financial Management – Handle pricing and reconciliation
