Job Description Summary
We are recruiting for a Indoor Market Specialist based from our Coleshill office
- Be responsible for a Sales Target within the allocated portfolio and work with sales KPIs in order to achieve the Target (New Business).
- Successfully manage a defined portfolio of customer accounts, resolve customer queries (in conjunction with other internal departments and processes) and proactively seek additional business development opportunities within the portfolio (Base Business Development).
- Proactively source and create a sales pipeline, taking guidance from the Sales Manager, Market Unit Manager and Offer Deployers in respect of geographical target area and working in line with the company strategy.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team and / or other areas of the business where appropriate in order to ensure that the needs of the customer are always served by ALUK in the best possible way.
- Where required, work alongside the Supply Chain team in order to proactively provide information to customers (both within and outside of a defined portfolio).
- Prepare and distribute daily / weekly / monthly / adhoc customer reports.
- Maintain customer information in CRM software (Salesforce).
- Present monthly progress reports for review around the business.
