About the role

We are currently seeking an Account Manager to oversee and develop key customer relationships within the UK, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and account performance. This role involves working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, including up to Board level, to support customer needs and drive business growth. This opportunity is open to flexible working arrangements such as working from home, in our offices or a combination of both.

Day to day you will:

• Manage existing customer accounts, timely renewals and support the sales process through effective communication and relationship building.
• Play an active role in identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities by engaging with existing customers and contributing to revenue generation
• Understand and interpret customers technical requirements, provide technical information, develop quotations with appropriate timely follow up, provide expected delivery dates and develop accounts

Your background includes:

• Account management experience in a Healthcare environment
• Good working knowledge of healthcare systems and the NHS
• Experience of contracting and public sector frameworks
• Highly organised, with ability to manage pressure and work to targets and deadlines
