Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Account Manager based in Maidstone. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and building customer relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and working closely with other departments to coordinate solutions. Additional responsibilities include monitoring account metrics, identifying opportunities for growth, and managing customer expectations.
