🔍 Overview

DCS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee recruitment, inductions, and performance management of our flexible workforce across multiple client warehouse sites in and around Bristol.

📌 Key responsibilities:

• Oversee worker performance, providing training and support as needed.
• Conduct weekly inductions across multiple client sites.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client site teams and management.
• Carry out right-to-work checks and verify documentation.
• Ensure all compliance processes are met and documented.
• Ensure health & safety standards are consistently upheld.

🧾 What you’ll need:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in account management or high-volume recruitment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple sites.
• Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel between sites within a 50-mile radius.
• Ability to work autonomously and responsibly in a role where your impact is visible to clients.
• Experience in establishing and expanding accounts.
