Description

KDC Projects require an Account Manager for a number of Customer Accounts. This is a mid to senior role requiring the candidate to work autonomously to build the business and ensure the customer relationship is optimal at all times. This means there is accountability for the maintenance of the account and involvement in bids, work packages, and responses to large tenders.

Building an Account Strategy
Key Customer Relationship Management
Anticipating performance gaps and devising approaches to solve them
Bid / Proposal Responses
Budgeting
Building and Delivering Sales
Commercial Negotiation and sign off on contracts
Attendance of customer sites as required

Skills Required

Previous Account Management / Business Development / Sales experience
Familiarity with Engineering Services Offload
Work autonomously, make decisions and lead the account
Willingness and ability to travel

Advantageous Skills

Hubspot
Familiarity with Aerospace and Defence customers
Background in Sales or Operations or Project Management
Understanding of / Background in Engineering
