What we’re looking for
The Account Manager at Massive Rocket is a dynamic, results-driven role focused on proactively generating new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. Sitting within the sales team and reporting to a Client Partner, this role combines both hunting and farming. You’ll drive Massive Rocket’s growth by identifying and closing new clients, and will work collaboratively with our delivery team to tailor compelling pitches, proposals, and pricing, ensuring our offerings meet prospective clients’ needs.
You will also be responsible for retaining and growing your own roster of clients, leveraging a deep understanding of Massive Rocket’s services and excellent people skills to build rapport with your customers and identify growth opportunities that add genuine value and build long-term engagements. You’ll play an active role in each of your account teams, working in close collaboration with Project Managers and delivery experts to uphold the agency’s high standard of quality.
