RAM Tracking, a leader in vehicle tracking and fleet management solutions, is seeking an ambitious Account Manager to nurture and grow our existing client relationships. Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you'll build strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to maximise value through our comprehensive product suite including vehicle tracking (RAM Tracking), dash cam solutions (RAM Live), and field service management tools. You'll work closely with customers to ensure they're getting the most from our technology while identifying opportunities to expand their usage.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by maximising revenue from existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  • Manage Client Relationships: Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Strategic Account Planning: Create and execute account plans to increase product adoption and contract value
  • Problem Solving: Address customer challenges quickly and effectively, ensuring high satisfaction levels
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with other departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Daily Activity Management: Meet call targets and effectively prioritise customer outreach
  • Business Intelligence: Provide valuable market and customer insights to help shape product development


Essential Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B account management or sales
  • Experience working with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and position solutions effectively
  • Experience working in a target-driven environment
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Adaptable and responsive in a fast-paced environment
