We’re seeking a motivated Account Manager to strengthen the Client Services team for a great marketing agency based right here in Northampton but working on impressive, global brands.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in account, project, or executive-level candidates who have worked for creative, media or marketing agencies or Marketing Executives from large retail brands / food beverage manufacturers that want to work in a fast paced agency environment full of variety.
• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—and a real flair for attention to detail.
• Organised, analytical, resourceful, and able to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• A collaborative spirit that builds strong relationships with clients, peers, and suppliers.
• Energy and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

Role Details

• Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) - 12 months
• Location: Northampton — Hybrid working model
• Salary - £32,000 - £35,000
