Account Manager – Client Services to join their team, champion client relationships, and help drive business growth.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident Account Manager with a passion for client services. You’ll act as the main point of contact for your clients, building strong partnerships, leading meetings, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.
You won’t be hands-on with PPC or Paid Media optimisation, instead, your focus will be on relationship management, strategic guidance, and coordination between clients and internal teams including SEO, Paid Media, Creative, and Technical specialists. Your role will be to understand client objectives, translate them into clear briefs, and ensure delivery that exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Strategy
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, owning day-to-day communications.
- Lead review meetings, present performance insights, and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Develop a deep understanding of client goals and challenges, providing strategic recommendations to meet their objectives.
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure a smooth end-to-end process.
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate campaign delivery across SEO, Paid Media, Creative, and Technical channels.
- Ensure outputs are on brief, on brand, and driving measurable results.
Service Excellence & Account Growth
- Maintain high standards of service, anticipating client needs before they arise.
- Proactively suggest new initiatives and upsell opportunities that align with client strategy.
- Build trust and long-term partnerships through consistent, value-driven communication.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to refine processes and improve service delivery.
- Share knowledge and best practices across teams.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in an agency-side Account Manager or Client Services role, within Digital Marketing.
- Proven track record in building strong client relationships and delivering excellent service.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commercially minded with a strategic approach to client growth.
- Familiarity with digital channels (SEO, PPC, social media) and how they integrate into broader campaigns is an advantage.
Salary: £40K + Benefits
Location: London/Hybrid – 2 days on site
