HCLTech is seeking a visionary and execution-driven client partner to lead strategic transformation initiatives across Tier-1 financial institutions in Europe. This role demands a blend of executive leadership, engineering-led transformation expertise, and M&A integration acumen, with a proven track record of establishing and scaling Wealth Transformation Units and successfully integrating acquisitions in the financial ecosystem.
This is not a conventional client-facing role—it is a transformation orchestrator position requiring deep domain expertise, boardroom credibility, and the ability to drive multi-dimensional change across complex banking environments.
Key Role Requirements:
Strategic multi-country global account leadership
Serves as the executive sponsor for multi-year digital transformation programs across banking, capital markets, and insurance clients.
Experience on working across multiple countries within Europe and understand the culture, challenges and ways of working in different countries
Translates board-level strategic vision into executable transformation roadmaps, integrating business, technology, and regulatory priorities.
Owns strategic account planning, revenue forecasting, and P&L for portfolios exceeding £100M.
Acts as a trusted advisor to CXOs, influencing digital strategy and operational modernization.
Establish Digital Studio Setup & Scaling
Demonstrated experience in establishing large transformation Units / Innovation labs within Tier-1 banks, including capability design, talent acquisition, and operating model definition.
Proven ability to scale platforms across multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments, particularly within private banking and wealth management sectors.
Extensive experience of selling to and selling with product platforms (such as Avaloq), including platform customization, integration with digital channels, and operational optimization for high-net-worth client servicing.
Drive innovation in client lifecycle management, portfolio analytics, and digital advisory services.

Brings C-Level connects at EBRD.
Understanding of customer strategy and roadmap.
Ability to drive conversation with CxO and position HCLTech propositions
Inorganic Growth & Acquisition Integration
Experience in acquiring and integrating digital platform organisations into global operating models.
Identify, evaluate, and operationalise inorganic growth opportunities in the UK, focusing on market consolidation and capability expansion.
Lead post-merger integration efforts, ensuring cultural alignment, delivery continuity, and commercial synergy realization.
