Account Manager – B2B Payments

Our client is an ambitious, fast-growing B2B Payments business, transforming how businesses manage their payments and financial operations, globally.


Due to organic growth, the team is on the lookout for a proactive, commercially-minded Account Manager to own and grow key client relationships across key verticals including travel, ecommerce, retail, and financial services.


This is a high-impact, client-facing role with ownership of a small but strategic portfolio, ideal for someone who thrives on building trust, solving complex challenges, and driving revenue growth.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of 5–10 strategic B2B accounts as the primary point of contact
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high engagement and retention
  • Lead renewals, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise account value
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Compliance, and Product teams to deliver an outstanding client experience


About You

  • You bring proven experience in account management or customer success (FinTech, SaaS, or payments preferred)
  • You excel at building relationships and are driven by creating exceptional customer outcomes
  • You can simplify complex financial products and translate them into client value
  • You’re data-led, commercially aware, and comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment
