Description

We’re looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join a fast-growing, data-driven MarTech business in the retail/ FMCG space.

Partnering with leading brands, the company delivers measurable commercial impact and is now entering an exciting phase of growth, with a strong emphasis on deepening client relationships, increasing recurring revenue and scaling long-term value.

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of established clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their goals while uncovering new opportunities for growth. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility across the business, close collaboration with Marketing, Operations and Sales, and the opportunity to influence both client strategy and product development.

The Role

Own and develop a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring campaigns deliver against agreed objectives
Identify and convert commercial opportunities within current accounts, including transitioning clients from PAYG to subscription models
Act as the primary point of contact, building strong, long-term client relationships
Oversee campaign performance, optimising spend, engagement and redemption

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations and Sales to ensure seamless execution

Manage contracts, invoicing and payments accurately in line with internal processes

About You

Proven experience in account management, customer success or client growth roles
Commercially focused, with a strong track record of driving revenue and outcomes
Confident working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple campaigns
Highly organised, proactive and collaborative
Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, scaling environment
