Account Manager - Formula 1 (Partnerships)

🚀 We’re Hiring: Account Manager (Formula 1 Partnerships) 🚀

At Right Formula, we push the limits of sports marketing — creating partnerships and experiences that deliver measurable impact for our clients and the industry.

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to take the lead on a multi-national F1 partnership, managing day-to-day client relationships and delivering world-class activations across global markets. This is a rare chance to combine your passion for Formula 1, sponsorship and brand experience with hands-on delivery at 10–12 international events each season.

What you’ll do:

✨ Manage partnership objectives and client relationships

✨ Deliver innovative activations across creative, digital, PR, and hospitality

✨ Lead project management, budgets, and contractual asset tracking

✨ Travel internationally to deliver onsite activations at major races

✨ Work with a passionate team to bring fresh ideas to life

What we’re looking for:

✔ Proven Formula 1 experience (essential)

✔ Strong background in sports partnerships & activation

✔ Confident managing stakeholders, budgets & reports

✔ Creative thinker, detail-focused, and proactive problem-solver
