About the Role:
As the Account Manager - eCommerce B2B2C, you will be co-responsible for driving sales growth, commercial strategy, and operational excellence across the EMEA region. Your primary focus will be on managing and optimizing key online sales partnerships for our Product Personalization category, ensuring a stable performance stream between bulk orders and B2C end consumers.
You will collaborate closely with the direct eCommerce team, regional headquarters, local account managers, and cross-functional teams to develop a harmonized sales and operational plan. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders, including (but not limited to) local sales teams, third-party printing partners, and digital marketing teams.
This role is essential in driving sales performance through promotional planning, product assortment optimization, marketing efficiencies, and data-driven decision-making. You will report to the eCommerce Manager B2B2C, with no direct reports.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with Customer Support and local Key Account Managers to manage and optimize Product Personalization sales through B2B partners and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels.
- Oversee merchandising and promotional activities across multiple online platforms, ensuring a competitive and appealing product presentation.
- Develop sell-out-focused marketing strategies, aligning with both B2B partner objectives and direct consumer demand.
- Work closely with your manager and operations and demand planning teams to maintain product availability and inventory efficiency.
- Support forecasting and demand planning for B2B distribution and direct import models.
- Partner with merchandising and performance teams to enhance product visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales growth.
- Monitor and report on competitive market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Provide monthly performance reports, tracking key sales and marketing metrics to optimize eCommerce strategies.
What You Need to Be Successful:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or eCommerce account management within the Consumer Electronics, high-tech, or FMCG industries.
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce B2B2C dynamics, including digital retail, and supply chain management.
- Experience managing B2B customers, distributors, or business partners across the EMEA region.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral); additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in modern inventory and replenishment tools, as well as strong analytical skills using MS Office and eCommerce analytics platforms.

About The Role
This strategic role is part of HARMAN's Cross Divisional Center of Excellence Team, focusing on global strategy and design for benefits, retirement, pension, and wellbeing policies and programs that promote a healthy environment and employee experience.
Reporting to VP HR, Global Rewards, the incumbent is responsible for overseeing HARMAN’s benefits philosophy, strategic design, policies and programs that are competitive, comprehensive and tailored to the diverse needs of HARMAN’s global workforce. This position not only ensures compliance and cost-effectiveness but also enhances HARMAN’s competitive edge in attracting and retaining top talent. This role requires a blend of expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to navigate the complexities of global benefits and pensions successfully.
The incumbent will possess a strong curiosity about the industry, constantly seeking to understand and explore the latest trends and developments. They will have a wealth of experience in bringing best-in-class solutions to the table, demonstrating a proven track record of excellence and innovation.
What You Will Do
- Define and maintain HARMAN’s Global Benefits, retirement and well-being philosophy. Set the strategic direction and priorities for benefit offerings and ensure they support HARMAN’s long-term goals and reflect HARMAN’s commitment to employee well-being.
- Lead a global cross functional team to drive best practices and foster a culture of health and wellness.
- Collaborate extensively with the business and capability center in evaluating and implementing cost-effective solutions to deliver high-quality benefit programs across all HARMAN locations.
- Analyze current spending and optimize costs by leveraging purchase power without compromising the quality of benefits.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure financial sustainability of all benefit initiatives.
- Ensure plans globally align with overarching benefits philosophy and strategy
- Build governance structures and operating guidelines
- Captures stakeholder feedback, analyzes performance data, and assesses methods to enhance processes, delivery, and employee experience practices, ensuring governance and consistency.
- Provides Global Benefits, Retirement and Well-being guidance, expertise and competitive insight to Division Rewards Leads, Human Resources partners and business leaders
- Manage relationships with vendors and brokers, ensuring maximum value and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and implement risk management strategies.
- Leverage technology to make better benefits decisions and conduct regular benchmarking/market analysis to ensure competitive, effective and fair benefits programs
- Integrates Global Benefits programs for Mergers & Acquisitions and bringing your subject matter expertise to support wider projects across the People team and beyond.
What You Need To Be Successful
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in global benefits managements with an in-depth knowledge of global benefits and pension regulations, best practices, and trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CEBS) is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to continuous improvement, employee experience and problem-solving.
- The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing global programs, interacting with global HR colleagues and leading teams and complex global projects
