This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled
Account Manager to take the lead on managing key client relationships and delivering high-performance campaigns across
SEO, PPC, and Paid Social. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multi-channel strategies, driving results, and identifying opportunities to grow client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management & Growth- Own day-to-day client communications and become a trusted strategic partner.
- Lead performance reviews, strategy sessions, and campaign check-ins.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and upsell relevant services.
- Ensure a consistently high standard of service across all accounts.
Channel Management (SEO, PPC & Paid Social)- Plan, execute, and optimise integrated Digital Marketing campaigns.
- Monitor key metrics, analyse data, and provide performance insights.
- Collaborate with Creative, Technical, and Media teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Project & Resource Management- Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Use tools such as Hive, Slack, and ActiveCampaign to manage workflows.
- Deliver work that’s on time, on brief, and on budget.
Team Collaboration- Brief and support specialists across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, and Creative.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge sharing.
- Champion best practices across campaign delivery and performance.
Requirements:- A minimum of 4 years of agency experience managing SEO, PPC, and Paid Social campaigns — all 3 channels are essential.
- Demonstrated success in leading client accounts and delivering measurable growth.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Confident analysing campaign data and providing strategic recommendations.
- Collaborative, commercially minded, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to website projects (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or custom builds).
- Knowledge of CRO and driving on-site conversion performance.
- Familiarity with CRMs or marketing automation tools like ActiveCampaign.
