What You’ll Do:
- The Client Services Account Manager Team Leader is responsible for creating meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring the relationship is well nurtured and resolving any issues that may arise. The Account Manager will be responsible for reviewing contract profitability and applying uplifts where needed to ensure the contract remains sustainable, reporting on trends where necessary. They are also responsible for the management of staff within their delegated team, monitoring performance to ensure the smooth operations and high performance of the Client Services department.
What We’re Looking For:
- Maintain regular client contact and resolve issues proactively
Attend key meetings, business reviews, and KIT calls
- Ensure timely, accurate quote delivery and portal uploads
- Drive revenue through lead identification and collaboration with Business Development
- Own and manage client account plans with the Customer Experience Manager
- Handle PPM renewals, contract reviews, pricing, and purchase orders
- Analyse KPIs and Power BI reports to identify trends and improve service
- Improve quote conversion and manage client-specific projects
- Keep client documentation accurate in coordination with Front Line Support
- Manage team performance, appraisals, absences, and recruitment
- Own team KPIs and restructure teams to meet service expectations
