Some of your key responsibilities as our Account Manager / Customer Success Manager will be to: -
- Ensure customer success, become their trusted GIS advisor, identify decision makers and demonstrating to them our product capabilities, functionalities, and benefits.
- Identify, qualify, negotiate, and close sales opportunities with existing customers, ensuring proposals meet the required margins and cost of sale.
- Collaborate closely with customers to develop Customer Success Plans, identifying and recommending the best way they can use GIS to help their business and to maximise their ROI.
- Proactively seek out, secure and attend planned and impromptu on-site customer meetings.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals.
- Increase customer retention by preserving spending levels and seeking mutually beneficial ways to increase expenditure.
- Identify and take ownership of customer problems / issues and work with the wider Esri UK team to resolve them.
- Liaise with professional services and project managers to ensure all opportunities are appropriately resourced in a timely manner to budget.
This would be a great career move if you: -
- Have a good knowledge of the AEC Sector
- Have previously worked as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Consultant or Business Development Manager.
- Have customer success at the heart of any new sell on value propositions.
- Have a keen business acumen.
- Have a thorough understanding of customer business processes and challenges and can build enduring relationships.
- Can successfully identify and managing new sales within your customers.
- It would be desirable for you to have an understanding of GIS technology, enabling you to innovate and propose GIS based solutions for complex business problems.
- Are self-sufficient and are keen to join the growing AEC practice.
- Have excellent networking, negotiation, facilitation, and communication skills.
The location: This is a home-based role and will require travel and working on customer locations and will take the job holder away from home at times.
