We’re currently on the lookout for an Accountant who’s passionate about numbers, driven by accuracy, and excited to help steer the business with critical financial insight.

The Role

As our Accountant, you’ll play a key part in the financial health of iconsys — helping our senior management make informed decisions by managing, analysing, and presenting key financial data. From payroll and cashflow forecasting to accounts management and reporting, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping our finances on track.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including chasing payments and coordinating debt collection.
• Process and reconcile bank statements, monitor cash requirements, and forecast foreign currency needs.
• Prepare and run monthly payroll, pensions, P11D, and year-end reports.
• Complete VAT submissions and maintain compliance with financial regulations.
• Assist with budgeting, cashflow forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
• Identify opportunities for cost-saving and continuous improvement.
• Provide data for audits and support risk management processes.
• Oversee expenses and credit card processes.
• Get involved in ad hoc projects and reporting as needed.

What You’ll Bring to teamiconsys

• AAT Level 3 (or higher) or 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Sage or similar systems (Dynamics experience a bonus).
