💼 Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Strategic Finance

• Prepare robust cashflow forecasts and performance dashboards for real estate portfolios
• Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and lender reporting
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with asset managers and external operators
• Support acquisition due diligence, including financial reviews and analysis of new deals

Financial Control & Reporting

• Produce monthly management accounts and board packs for holding and property entities
• Review third-party prepared accounts for operational entities to ensure accuracy and commercial relevance
• Ensure VAT, intercompany billing, and fund recharges are timely and accurate
• Maintain a clean month-end process including balance sheet reconciliations and ledger accuracy in Xero
• Coordinate audit, statutory accounts, and tax submissions with external advisors

✅ About You

• Newly Qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent)
• Strong grounding in finance, controls, and technical accounting, with an eagerness to develop commercially
• Advanced Excel skills – comfortable building models and performing sensitivity analyses
• A self-starter with strong communication skills and commercial curiosity
• Keen to step into a role where you’ll learn fast and add value from day one
