SERE are looking for an ambitious Accounts Administrator/ Senior Accounts Assistant to join our Accounts team within our Belfast, Head Office.

The role will include the following responsibilities:

• To process sales and purchase invoices through high volume ledgers across group companies.
• To assist with reconciliations
• To provide administrative assistance across group companies.
• To produce weekly and monthly reports
• To assist with credit control
• To assist with all administrative duties within a busy finance department.
• Any other duties as required.

Criteria

• GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Maths at Grade C or above
• High Level of aptitude for administrative tasks
• Good organisational skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• The ability to work effectively with a minimum of supervision
• Experience - minimum 12 months’ experience working within an administrative / accounting role.
• Experience within a finance department would be an advantage.
