Customs Insights is the dedicated customs compliance and consultancy division of Uniserve Group, working together to provide comprehensive customs expertise and solutions for global trade.

We're looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our team in Dover, working within our Customs Insights Department.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00.

What you'll be doing:

• Charging files.
• Administrating purchase invoices.
• Credit control.
• Post.
• Dealing with accounts queries.
• Assisting with management reports.
  
  

What we are looking for:

• Good understanding of Excel spreadsheets.
• IT Literate.
• Must be able to meet deadlines.
• Be conscientious and have attention to details.
• Be able to be part of a team.
• Must be able to identify and report problems.
• Communicate politely and efficiently with clients and internal staff.
