Accounts Assistant

Altum Consulting are working with a leading technology consultancy business to recruit an Accounts Assistant. This role will be a 12 month FTC with the potential to be made permanent. The role is based in Hammersmith with hybrid working flexibility, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

Accounts Assistant role:

• Processing invoices for the group
• Dealing with multicurrency invoices
• Credit control and maintaining relationships with customers
• Administering staff expenses and credit card statements
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Investigating discrepancies
• Resolving queries, including relevant audit queries

For this Accounts Assistant role you'll be/have:

• Experience in an Accounts Assistant role
• Experience processing invoices for multiple entities
• Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
