Accounts Executive

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Accounts Executive to join our Sales & Customer team! This is a hybrid role based at our Simonside, Jarrow office, with regular travel across North East England and Scotland. A company car or car allowance is included.

Your Role:

As an Accounts Executive, you’ll play a key part in managing and developing customer relationships across the North East and Scotland. This is a dynamic role that blends account management, customer service, and sales support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Managing customer accounts and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Conducting regular site visits and acting as the key point of contact
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Providing accurate estimates, proposals and updates
• Liaising with internal departments to meet customer requirements
• Keeping clear records of all customer interactions

Your Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in account management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A proactive and organised approach with great attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks
• Comfortable travelling regularly within the region
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A full UK driving licence is essential
