We are on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic
Accounts Payable Assistant to join our creative and collaborative studio in
London. Hawkins\Brown is an architecture practice based in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Dublin and Toronto. We are a progressive, award-winning studio, and one of the leading design-based architectural practices in the UK.
This role also offers the opportunity to undertake a Level 4 ACCA apprenticeship, should you wish to pursue a formal qualification alongside your role.

Skills and Experience required:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or finance administration role.
- Familiarity with expense management systems and corporate card platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Twinfield or similar).
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of the business.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to deal with matters sensitively and confidentially.
- Flexible, adaptable and collaborative approach to work.
