Accounts Payable Assistant

Accounts Payable Assistant, £30-£35k, central London, hybrid working, ASAP start.

Altum Consulting are working with a global healthcare business to recruit a permanent Accounts Payable Assistant. Applying candidates must be on a short notice period or available immediately for an asap start.

Role:

• Processing invoices for the group
• Processing supplier payments
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers
• Administering staff expenses and credit card statements
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Investigating discrepancies
• Resolving queries, including relevant audit queries

You'll be/have:

• Actively studying towards an accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA etc.)
• Experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Experience processing invoices for multiple entities
• Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
