• Hybrid: 3 days in 2 from home
• Location: London
• Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE
• Duration: 12 month FTC

Your Role:

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our financial operations are seamless and efficient.

• Managing supplier invoice processing with precision and timeliness.
• Overseeing outstanding purchase commitments and collaborating with teams such as, Operations, IT, and suppliers to address accounting and payment queries.
• Executing daily bank reconciliations and performing comprehensive reviews of payables to maintain accuracy.
• Maintaining and updating vendor master files while managing secure and organised financial records for accounts receivable and sales.
• Driving process improvements and supporting new implementations, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Supporting senior accounting staff with month-end close activities.
• Preparing VAT statements and compiling essential documentation for annual audits.

Your Profile:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for contributing to an innovative team. You will ideally bring:

• 3/5 years of proven experience in an accounts payable role.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Familiarity with financial systems and robust organisational skills to manage multiple demands.
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to excellence and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
