Accounts Payable Assistant - 6 month FTC

Looking for a motivated, immediately available Accounts Payable Assistant to join on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is your chance to be part of a growing business that prides itself on innovation, excellence, and its people.

• Salary: £30,000 to £33,000
• Location: Central London
• Hybrid: 4 days in 1 from home

What can you expect?

• Daily monitoring of the invoices mailbox.
• Daily processing of high volume of invoices, ensuring they are being sent to the correct approvers and are coded correctly.
• Daily processing of utility invoices and maintaining those specific account.
• Ensuring invoices follow the correct approval routes and flagging/maintaining when not.
• PO assistance.
• Communicating with the Operations team to ensure best practice is followed in SAP in regards to purchase orders.
• Assisting the team with ad-hoc request.

What skills can you bring?

• 2/3 years within an Accounts Payable role, with a strong understanding of end to end AP.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Managed a high volume/multi-site environment - ideally in Hospitality, Retail, Property & Real Estate.
• MUST have experience with SAP.
• Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Strong understanding of AP processes with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactive, adaptable team player with a willingness to learn and develop.
